Electrocatalytic oxidation applies controlled DC conditions to an electrode reactor. The rectifier supplies the electrical load, while electrode material, water chemistry, reactor geometry and residence time determine the process response.
This compact 36V 50A air-cooled rectifier is a reference supply for pilot cells and modular oxidation skids. Its smart control panel and 4.3-inch interface help operators view output values and coordinate the electrical load with the wider treatment system.
Key functions for compact oxidation equipment

The reference rating does not define reactor capacity. Confirm electrode area, current density, conductivity, connection and treatment cycle before final selection.
Connecting and selecting the supply
Connect the DC outputs to the electrode busbars using conductors sized for continuous current and cable distance. Confirm liquid level, circulation and ventilation conditions before enabling output.
Select current from effective electrode area and target current density, then verify voltage across electrode gaps and the complete reactor. Include conductivity variation, electrode ageing and the longest operating cycle.

Is 50A enough for every oxidation cell?
Not necessarily. Required current depends on electrode area, current density, conductivity, connection and treatment time.
Does smart control automatically mean polarity reversal?

Can the supply guarantee oxidation performance?
No. Performance depends on water chemistry, electrode condition, reactor design and downstream treatment.
