150A 30V Electrocatalytic Oxidation Rectifier for Modular Reactors

30V 150A electrocatalytic oxidation rectifier with adjustable DC output, 4.3-inch interface and forced-air cooling for modular reactors.

Electrocatalytic oxidation applies controlled DC conditions to an electrode reactor. The rectifier supplies the electrical load, while electrode material, water chemistry, reactor geometry and residence time determine the process response.

This compact 30V 150A air-cooled rectifier is a reference configuration for modular oxidation cells and pilot systems. Its horizontal enclosure can be installed on a floor support or equipment rack close to the reactor.

Key functions for modular oxidation equipment

  • Adjustable DC voltage and current: set the load around electrode area, conductivity and target current density.
  • Constant-current or constant-voltage operation: select the control mode that matches the reactor and test data.
  • 4.3-inch local interface: view output values and adjust the working setpoint at the cabinet.
  • Forced-air cooling: support normal continuous operation when airflow and clearance are provided.
  • External control integration: discuss start/stop, setpoint, run feedback and alarm signals for the skid.
  • Optional timing or polarity management: configure only when the electrode strategy requires it.

These functions manage the electrical input and do not guarantee a fixed oxidation or pollutant-removal result.

Connecting and selecting the supply

Connect the DC outputs to the electrode busbars with conductors sized for continuous current and cable distance. Confirm liquid level, circulation and ventilation conditions before enabling output.

Select current from effective electrode area and target current density, then verify voltage across electrode gaps, connections and the complete reactor. Include conductivity variation, electrode ageing and the longest operating cycle.

Is 150A enough for every reactor?
